As a father of four and a Wake Technical Community College graduate in Business Management, the owner built the barn to create useful things, serve customers well, and leave something lasting for his family.

Because 3D printing is a physical, layer-by-layer process, your order takes time to manufacture before it can be mailed.
Production Lead Time: Standard orders typically take 3 to 5 business days to print and process. Larger or more complex multi-part builds may require additional time. We will give you an estimated production timeframe with your quote.
⏱️ Rush Order Service: If you are on a tight deadline, you can request our Rush Order Service. For an additional 25% fee on the total print cost (or a minimum $15.00 charge), we will bump your project to the front of our line. This cuts production lead time down to 1 to 2 business days, assuming our hardware capacity allows it at the time of your request.
Tracking: As soon as your order is packaged and labeled, you will receive an automatic email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your package. We use discount shipping carriers to find you the lowest real-time rates. Here is what you can typically expect for delivery:
Note: International customers are responsible for any local customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by their country upon delivery.
Due to the personalized, made-to-order nature of custom 3D printing, all sales are final. We balance our production pipeline using strict scheduling windows:
Cancellations: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 2 hours of payment, or at any point before physical manufacturing begins. Once your file is sliced and loaded onto a machine, printing has started and the order can no longer be canceled or refunded.
Returns: We do not accept returns for change of mind, cosmetic layer lines, or fitment errors caused by customer-supplied files.
Shipping Damage (Reprints Only): If your item arrives broken or cracked due to transit mishandling, we offer reprints only to replace the damaged pieces. We do not offer cash refunds for shipping accidents. You must contact us with photo evidence of the damaged product and its packaging within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a free reprint.
Strict Defect Timeline: If you notice a hidden mechanical flaw or manufacturing error that was our fault, you must report it to us within 14 days of delivery. We cannot offer replacements, fixes, or reprints for issues reported after this 14-day window.
Please read the following guidelines carefully before finalizing your custom order:
Surface Texture & Layer Lines: 3D printing builds objects by melting plastic layer upon layer. Because of this process, tiny cosmetic imperfections, minor surface textures, and visible layer lines are normal features of the manufacturing process. These are not product defects.
Temperature Sensitivity: Most standard prints are made using PLA plastic. PLA can warp, soften, or lose its shape if exposed to extreme heat. Please do not leave your prints in a hot car, near radiators, or under direct, intense sunlight for long periods.
Dishwasher Warning: Hand-wash your items only using lukewarm water and mild soap. Our 3D prints are not dishwasher safe and will warp or melt in high-heat wash cycles.
Food Safety: Unless specifically requested and printed using certified food-safe materials with a specialized protective sealant, our standard 3D prints are intended for decorative or mechanical use only and are not food-safe.
